The DDS/MBA dual degree is offered to dental students who would like to explore complementary interests and career goals that combine dentistry and business beyond what is offered in the DDS curriculum. The program provides additional options for students to elevate their leadership capacity and skills, developing future leaders of the profession beyond the typical dental practice.
Current dental students can apply for the dual degree program during the Fall semester of the D3 year for admission to the full-time MBA program in the Fall of the D4 year. Students must meet qualifications within the DDS program (academic achievement) and meet admission standards of the Ross School of Business.

Dual degree candidates must successfully complete the first three years of the DDS program. The successful applicant to the Ross School of Business will be enrolled full- time for two semesters in the MBA program starting Fall semester of the fourth year. Year 5 is a combination of DDS and MBA courses until program completion in the Winter semester.
