BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Marshall received this BS degree from Michigan Technological University in 1975 and his DDS degree from the University of Michigan in 1979. Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Marshall entered active service with the United States Air Force. For the next 29 years he was assigned to 12 different duty stations both in the continental US and several foreign countries. In addition he held a variety of duty positions from General Dentist to Squadron/Deputy Group Commanders. Dr. Marshall completed a USAF Prosthodontic training program with the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and Wilford Hall Medical Center in 1992 receiving a certificate and an MsD in Prosthodontics. Dr. Marshall had the opportunity to teach AEGD-1 residents Prosthodontics during two of his subsequent assignments (Barkdale AFB and Keesler AFB). Col Marshall retired from the United States Air Force on December 1, 2008, following a 33 year career. Dr. Marshall is currently employed full time with the University of Michigan as a Clinical Assistant Professor teaching prosthodontics.
