Dr. Reem Hamdy Hossameldin completed her undergraduate and dental degrees at Cairo University in Cairo, Egypt, ranking 4th in a class of 480 students. She continued on in their OMS residency program and then earning her MDS. Dr. Hossameldin then went on to become a PhD candidate in a joint research project between Cairo University and Dr. Joseph McCain at FIU. She completed her PhD in clinical Maxillofacial Surgery in 2015. Dr. Hossameldin is a member of the Resala, a charity society in Egypt for special needs children and speaks fluent English and Arabic. Her interests and research are primarily in TMJ.
