BIOGRAPHY
As the Assistant Director of Data Analytics & Development at the University of Michigan’s School of Dentistry, I am dedicated to advancing healthcare through data-powered innovation. My approach is rooted in a diverse background that couples expansive informatics expertise with over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership. I thrive on connecting people with data-driven solutions and am inspired by the brilliant students, colleagues, and faculty whom I have the privilege of working with every day.
While at the School of Dentistry, I’ve led several large-scale projects including the implementation of electronic prescriptions (eRx), migrations to new technology/applications (i.e. GitHub migration, database migrations, Oracle upgrade), the launch of a Schoolwide External Referrals system, and was a formative partner in the development of a first-ever Tableau Leadership Dashboard.
My approach introduces industry-leading best practices into the organization, like Agile methodologies, software development life cycle processes, implementation science, and machine learning. I am a lifelong student of positive leadership and am dedicated to developing a team that feels both supported and challenged. I am an ardent advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, recognizing that diverse perspectives are catalysts for groundbreaking ideas and lasting impact.
I earned a Bachelor’s of Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Data Science, also from the University of Michigan, in 2024.
When I’m not working, you can find me on long neighborhood walks with my family, cooking international cuisine, or doing Spiderman yoga with my two young boys.
