Dental Hygiene Class Photographs
(1934, 1942, 1947-2009)
Although the Dental Hygiene graduated their first students in 1923 at the U-M School of Dentistry, the practice of photographing graduating seniors for a class photograph was intermittent until the 1940s. In the earliest years of this series students were posed as a group and student names were not included in the image. This style of photography was used for the Hygiene class photos up to 1955.

From 1956 to the present, a composite style, in which individual portraits were attached to one board to create one overall image, has continued to the present.
Most of the composite photographs have student names indicated with each individual image.
Years missing: 1922-1933; 1935-1941; 1943-1946; 1971, 1979, 2007.
