Fletcher Street Parking Structure (Patients Only)

The cashier-attended parking located at the Fletcher Structure plaza (P) level is restricted to patients of the School of Dentistry.  There is no visitor parking at this facility. Patients are required to have their parking tickets stamped at the information/registration desk to verify patient status.

• Cost:  $2.00 per visit with a validated ticket.  (Note: A $25 fine will be charged to anyone parking in the patient reserved area without a properly validated ticket.)
• Bring parking receipt ticket with you into the School for validation
• Where to Park: Plaza (P) and Fifth levels
• Parking Entrance: Enter the structure via the "up" ramp on the left side of the entrance.

• Alternate Patient Parking:  If the Fletcher Street Parking Structure is full, overflow patient parking is available in the Palmer Parking Structure (see Visitor Parking).

• From Level P (Plaza Level): You will be facing the north entrance to the School of Dentistry. When you enter the building via the north entrance you are on the first floor. The main information desk is located on the first floor.
• Wheelchair access: Plaza Level or Level 3.  Wheelchairs are available at the Information Desk on the First, Second, or Third floors upon request.

Driving directions to the Fletcher Parking Structure
From the North via US 23:

• US 23 South to Exit 45, M-14 West
• Take Exit #3 (Downtown Ann Arbor) onto Main Street
• Follow Main Street to Huron Street (5th light)
• Turn Left onto Huron Street
• Proceed on Huron Street to Fletcher Street
• Turn Right onto Fletcher Street
• The parking structure will be on the Left

From the South via US 23:

• US 23 North to Exit 37-B (Washtenaw Avenue West)
• Follow Washtenaw Ave West (stay to your right) to Huron Street
• Proceed on Huron Street to Fletcher Street
• Turn Left onto Fletcher Street
• The parking structure will be on the Left

From the East via I-94:

• I-94 West to Exit 180-B, (US 23 North)
• US 23 North to Exit 37-B (Washtenaw Avenue West
• Follow Washtenaw Ave West (stay to your right) to Huron Street
• Proceed on Huron Street to Fletcher Street
• Turn Left onto Fletcher Street
• The parking structure will be on the Left

From the West via I-94:

• I-94 East to Exit 172 (Jackson Road)
• Proceed East on Jackson (Jackson turns into Huron Street)
• Cross through the downtown area
• Continue on Huron Street to Fletcher Street
• Turn Right onto Fletcher Street
• The parking structure will be on the Left
