The Dental Faculty Associates will address all of your oral health needs, as well as those of your family. Our office operates in much the same manner as any private practice. You and your family are treated exclusively by dentists who are on the faculty of the University of Michigan's School of Dentistry. This practice is distinct from the student clinics at the School.

We are a full-service dental office encompassing a range of oral health services, including prevention, dentistry, and rehabilitation. Faculty members from all specialty areas of dentistry work together as a team to provide you expert care, all in the convenience of one location. This team concept distinguishes the Dental Faculty Associates from other private practices.

Registration

Your first visit to the Dental Faculty Associates will require extra time in order to complete your medical history and other forms.  Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance information to your visit. When you arrive, check in at the reception desk and present your insurance information to the receptionist. Patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first visit.
