To apply to this program for the Summer 2011 entering class, the Rackham Graduate School application is now available online.
  1. Complete the Rackham Graduate School online application.
  2. Submit three letters of recommendation via Rackham application.
  3. Submit dental transcripts via Rackham application.  Applicants must have obtained a DDS/DMD from a U.S. or Canadian accredited dental school.
  4. The deadline for this program is March 1.
