     This office is located on the first floor of the dental school.  The counselors in the Patient Business Office (PBO) will work with patients who havd documented treatment plans to maximize insurance benefits, arrange payment plans and schedules, and monitor collection of fees.  Residents should work closely with the PBO to monitor the collections from their patients during treatment.  A representative from the PBO will meet the residents during orientation to discuss their function in greater detail.
