     The requirements for successful completion of the program include attendance, participation, and satisfactory completion of didactic requirements, as well as satisfactory clinical performance.  This is the expected minimum; however, there is a vast array of opportunities available to the motivated resident.  The training received is a direct function of the Resident's desire and motivation to advance their knowledge and clinical skills.  The program does not record or report didactic or clinical grades for matriculation purposes.  A Certificate of Training is earned upon successful completion of all requirements.
