The Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at the University of Mcihigan was established in 1992.  It is a function of the Department of Cariology, Restorative Sciences and Endodontics.  The Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation and by the United States Department of Education.  The program is a twelve-month commitment of didactic and clinical training.
