Using Virtual Dissection

This anatomically correct cadaver is being used for virtual dissection.

Ann Arbor, MI — March 28, 2014 — A collaborative effort involving an assistant professor at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, researchers at the Medical School and the University’s 3-D Laboratory have developed a three-dimensional cadaver that enhances traditional anatomy classes.  Dr. Alexandre DaSilva, who heads the School of Dentistry’s Headache and Orofacial Pain Effort, is using the technology to learn more about migraines and other disorders.  Read more...
