Creating PowerPoint Presentations
USING THE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES
U-M and U-M Dentistry templates are available at the bottom of this page. There are a wide variety of designs and themes to choose from, just click on your favorite to download it.DESIGN TIPS
- Remember to keep your information short and to the point. Use bullets and phrases and avoid complete sentences.
- Use the clip art library whenever possible to liven up your presentation (Insert-Picture-Clipart). Click the "ONLINE" button at the bottom of the clip art window to access the Microsoft clip art website and access thousands of additional downloadable pictures.
- When placing any of your own photos use (Insert-Picture-From File). Make sure they are JPEG files, these always work best.
- If you use animation be sure to keep it to a minimum. This keeps it effective and not a distraction.
