ITCS Exchange (Outlook/Entourage/Outlook Web Access)
ITCS Exchange is a charged-for service that is currently available to faculty and staff of the School of Dentistry. Exchange is the Microsoft messaging system that provides e-mail, calendaring, and other features.
If you need to have your email/calendar information migrated to ITCS Exchange please send
an email to Dental Informatics Desktop Support at
dds.helpdesk@umich.edu
with the following information:
- your name and department
- if you use a Macintosh or Windows computer to access your email and/or calendar
- what program you are currently using for email
- what program you are currently using for calendaring
- if you use a PDA, the brand and model
The Exchange mailbox that will be created for you as part of the migration process has
a standard size of 500 Megabytes. You can request a larger mailbox before you are migrated by emailing
Desktop Support at dds.helpdesk@umich.edu.
There is an additional fee for a larger mailbox.

In addition, Desktop Support has brochures describing the basic Outlook/Entourage functions which you can
pick up in room B322. They also have two books about Oulook, which can be checked out by faculty and staff for a few days.
