Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources is managed by Tina Pryor, Human Resources Director.   The responsibilities of the Office of Human Resources are broad and include assisting in strategic planning and ensuring compliance with University, School, state and federal policies and employment laws.  The office oversees and manages the employment and hire process for all staff and faculty and personnel actions including staff compensation, employee relations and organizational effectiveness.  Working in partnership with the Office of Multicultural Affairs, the office supports the mission of the School of Dentistry in leading and managing the recruitment and support of a diverse staff and faculty. 

A key endeavor includes providing leadership and guidance to deans, directors, administrators and supervisors regarding HR initiatives and developing best practices for creating a great place to work and a great staff.  For more about what we do select any of the following:
