Research Interests

My research focus has been in the area of clinical/translational research. I am currently involved in several projects involving Herpes Simplex Virus. Research interests also include clinical decision analysis and subtraction radiography.

"Comparison of conventional radiographic observation with substraction radiographic techniques and different substraction radiography software systems", in collaboration with Dr. Mathilde Peters.
"Compare progression of demineralization by digitized radiographs", in collaboration with Dr. Peters.
"Decision analysis for treatment modalities of single tooth replacement", in collaboration with Dr. Jed Jacobson.
"Tumor markers in rare aggressive head and neck tumors", a multi-center study in collaboration with Dr. Cordell, Dr. Carey and Dr. Marentette.
"Topical Nanomicrobiocide. A novel treatment for Herpes Simplex Labialis", in collaboration with Dr Peters and Dr. Engleberg.
