PowerPoint Presentation Design Tips

• Remember to keep your information short and to the point. Use bullets and phrases and avoid complete sentences.
• Use the clip art library whenever possible to liven up your presentation (Insert-Picture-Clipart). Click the "ONLINE" button at the bottom of the clip art window to access the Microsoft clip art website and access thousands of additional downloadable pictures.
• When placing any of your own photos use (Insert-Picture-From File). Make sure they are JPEG files, these always work best.
• If you use animation be sure to keep it to a minimum. This keeps it effective and not a distraction
