The Office of Faculty Affairs is managed by Krisden Romine, Faculty Affairs Coordinator, and is a division of the Office of the Senior Associate Dean. This office manages or coordinates all faculty personnel actions including appointments, reappointments, and promotions. 

The Office of Faculty Affairs also runs the Faculty Development Program, which is designed to support faculty as they navigate the promotion process, and serves as a resource for personal and professional development. Seminars, workshops or panels are held monthly and provide key information to faculty in the areas of teaching, research, service and work/life wellness.
