To be considered for the Postdoctoral Scholar Program, an applicant must present the following credentials to the Office of Continuing Dental Education (CDE):

• Application (download .pdf application)
• Letter of intent
• Copy of DDS diploma
• Two letters of recommendation
• Verification of English language skills (if English is not your native language)
• Proof of sufficient funds

All required documents must be original documents.  Copies are not accepted.

In order to receive full consideration by the selection committee, applications and credentials must be received by November 15.  You will be notified by mail regarding the status of your application for the Postdoctoral Scholar Program.
