How to Make an Appointment

It's easy to make an appointment. Please telephone the office at 734-998-9640 or come in during business hours to schedule an appointment.

Treatment begins with a comprehensive examination and necessary x-rays.  Community Dental Center offers multi-disciplinary dental treatment including:

• cleanings
• periodontal treatment
• restorative services
• implants
• crowns and bridges
• dentures and partials
• oral surgery

Before your dental care is provided, you will receive an estimate of the cost. The center operates on a fee-for-services basis, and payment is due at each visit. Payment may be made by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. For patients with dental insurance, we will submit claims for completed services to your dental insurance carrier. Patients are responsible for any balance that their insurance does not cover. Co-payment is expected at the time of service. Prepayment of half of the charges is expected for services requiring outside lab work (ie. crowns, bridges, dentures, bite splints.)
