Position Description:
A Postdoctoral position is available to study the cell signaling mechanisms  and their physiologic and pathologic roles in leukocytes, platelets, endothelial cells, tumor cells and stem cells during inflammation, atherothrombosis, carcinogenesis and organogenesis. Our laboratory is NIH-funded and has broad interests in molecular cell biology and biochemistry in the field of vascular biology and embryology. We use a variety of genetically engineered mouse models combined with primary cell culture and biochemical protein-protein interactions to gain insights into the regulation of intracellular signaling in development and diseases.

Requirements:
We are interested in recruiting self-motivated, recent Ph. D. (or equivalent degree) graduates with the drive to succeed academically and the passion to biomedical sciences. Candidates with a strong background in cellular and molecular biology in vitro and in vivo and excellent publications are encouraged to apply. Experiences in generating genetic engineering mice or protein structural analysis will be a plus.
