Save the Date! The White Coat Ceremony is scheduled July 26th, 2013 at 2 pm.
First-year dental students, the Class of 2017, will be receiving their white coats welcoming them into the dental profession during the School's annual White Coat ceremony at Rackham Auditorium. Doors will open at 1:30 for friends and family. Formal invitations will follow closer to the date. ~updated 11/26/12

Below you will find links to the paperwork you need to complete and return. Please be mindful of the due dates. If the School of Dentistry does not receive these signed documents by the indicated date, the assumption will be made that you no longer wish to enroll at the University of Michigan and another applicant will be offered the position.
This is the first step in completing your educational journey. In order to make this a smooth transition, there are four forms that needs to be completed. In addition, there is relevant information regarding your matriculation.
All forms are due by Friday, February 1, 2013.
Once the forms are completed, there are three ways to return them to us. They are listed in order of preference.
