Apply to Restorative Dentistry

To apply to this program for the Fall 2014 entering class, please follow the steps below to ensure your application is complete.  Only complete applications are reviewed.
  1. Complete the Rackham Graduate School online application
  2. Submit/upload three letters of recommendation with the Rackham application
  3. Submit/upload dental transcripts (and translation if not in English) online with the Rackham application
  4. Foreign applicants whose native language is NOT English must submit TOEFL scores (www.ets.org) electronically using institution code 1839
  5. The deadline for this program is September 1.  You should submit your application prior to this date to ensure that we receive all of your application materials in a timely manner.
We have a paperless admissions process, which means that all of your application materials (letters, transcripts, etc) should be scanned and uploaded with your Rackham online application.  Please do not send paper copies of your documents to Rackham or the School of Dentistry.  If you are recommended for admission, your official transcript will be requested at that time.
