Domestic Applicants  (DDS from a US or Canadian dental school)

1. Complete the PASS application and include NDBE Part I scores with PASS
2. This program participates with the Postdoctoral Matching program - you will register from within the PASS application
3. The deadline is October 1 - with a PASS deadline of Sept 17
4. Official National Board Part I scores will be requested by the program if an offer of admission is made.  At that time, candidates must submit an official Part I score report.

International Applicants

1. Complete the Rackham Graduate School online application 
2. Submit three letters of recommendation via Rackham application
3. Submit dental transcripts and translation via Rackham application
4. Submit TOEFL scores (www.ets.org) electronically using institution code 1839
5. The deadline for this program is October 1.
