Orthodontic Program Domestic Applicants
Applications and credentials of those who are interested in Orthodontics must be received by the Post-doctoral Application Support Service (PASS) no later than September 1. The following items are required with the PASS application:
- Scores for Part 1 of the National Dental Board Examination (NDBE)
- GRE scores
- The Postdoctoral Dental Match Program Code
- Personal Potential Index (PPI) evaluations (see PASS instructions)
- Professional Evaluations (PEF - see PASS instructions)
Request GRE scores to be sent to the University of Michigan. Visit www.ets.org and use institution code 1839
The Orthodontics program participates in the Postdoctoral Dental Matching Program. After all interviews are complete and Match results are announced, accepted candidates will be contacted to submit:
- The University of Michigan's online application
- Original NDBE Part 1 scores
- Original Transcripts
