Jeanne M. Nervina, DMD, PhD
Dr. Jeanne Nervina received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming and her dental degree and PhD from the University of Connecticut. She received her orthodontic certificate from UCLA. After completing her orthodontic residency she joined the full time faculty at UCLA serving for the next six years. Dr. Nervina joined the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2011.
Dr. Nervina’s primary research focuses is on molecular bone biology. She is also interested in optimizing orthodontic appliances, especially for patients with craniofacial anomalies.
Dr. Nervina has both predoctoral and graduate teaching responsibilities. She is also the Postdoctoral Scholar in Orthodontics Program director.
